Cool that the entire blogpage dedicated to anti-climate change propaganda managed to find 4 guys in the entire world... 1) you realize that’s just a small collection correct ? This isn’t a mass of ALL scientists who counter these studies - it’s just a list of the lost public ones 2) those persons are far more credited than you 3) if you looked at the list it details people who also reject the mainstream models (the mainstream models that incite hysteria) 4) maybe give their papers a read. But I doubt any one does that because politics feeds off of people’s inability to or want to read scientific literature

When a government really applies itself and it's resources it's absolutely amazing what can be accomplished. Was it magical thinking when JFK said that they would go to the moon within a decade? When at the time america couldn't even get a man into space yet! If the united states (and other countries) spent less resources on wars and more on advancements in green energy and building a green infrastructure it could definitely be accomplished! We (the United States) led the world in reducing our CO2 emissions in 2019. As the IEA states : ”The United States saw the largest decline in energy-related CO2 emissions in 2019 on a country basis – a fall of 140 Mt, or 2.9%, to 4.8 Gt. US emissions are now down almost 1 Gt from their peak in the year 2000, the largest absolute decline by any country over that period” I agree we should decrease our military budget and to me that means abandoning all of our “allies” including those in Europe and pulling out of providing our military assistance to their countries. The sun doesn't stop providing energy when it's cloudy and you can store excess energy. Idk how widespread it is but here in Florida you can actually sell excess energy to FPL (Florida Power and Light) to save on your light bill. Then they can redistribute that across the grid. It's a fair point that Bernie's goals are a bit "run before you can crawl" but my two counter points would be 1) climate change is an emergency and requires immediate and drastic action. And 2) out of any viable candidate, Bernie's the best choice to get us on the right track, even if he doesn't hit his goals. I think what he means by 'back up' energy is this.... Solar energy production will vary with cloud and weather patterns .. bright sunny day equals full productions... Bad weather will lower production.... and Demand will vary without regards to production …. so yes energy storage is required when solar is the main energy production source ,, adding to cost and efficiency per kilowatt produced... this matters from a business stand point because energy is a 'for profit' enterprise ... what it 'should be' is irrelevant because we have to deal with reality , not a utopian wish … like a cat in a sil, I observe life, moving and still. We need major action right now. The reality is these companies will change with society's needs anyway. Instead of supplying energy, they'll make money by managing it, storing it, and probably branching out to controlling a lot of the physical equipment needed. Maintenance, installation, and the like. The companies and money will be fine. Our planet won't be Whimsical bitch

Like we already do in Florida? Literally just install solar panels on people's roof tops and stop digging for coal. That's it. That's all we need to do. Electricity is the same regardless of its source, it's not like coal is diesel and solar in unleaded. And even if it was hard, that's not an excuse. That's actually quite incorrect really the most efficient way to generate power is nuclear energy The way silicon solar panels are produced take a lot of energy and less returns. In case of nuclear power it returns a lot of power over a longer duration of time. The way half life works. I think France is in the forefront of this. Literally the only hard part is the human aspect and how willing people are to make a change. Trust me, the coal miners won't say "at least I have a terrible job" when crops have withered from drought, cities have flooded, and half the world is caught in flash freezes while the other is on fire.
