Justin Bieber is preparing to drop his first album in five years as he promotes Changes. After performing this weekend on Saturday Night Live, he announced the album's release date with a publicity stunt.

He hit the streets of New York City Sunday in double red, holding up handwritten cardboard signs. The 25-year-old was joined by Seth Phillips, the guy behind the Instagram account @dudewithsign.

Phillips held up a sign that read, 'Where's the album JB?' as Bieber stood next to him with one that said, 'Feb 14.'

They held up another set of signs that read, 'Justin shave your mustache' with the response, 'No.' Bieber quickly took to Instagram with some photos from the outing, captioned: 'Album out Friday.'

My opinion: I'm not his biggest fan but I actually don't think he looks that bad. Haters claim that he looks like trash or he doesn't shower. And his fans say that it's because his disease. I think he looks pretty good, maybe more tired than usual but good overall. The mustache and his hairstyle don't suit him at all that's why he looks "weird" or a different person. He looked good in Yummy.
