And I feel like that's slightly dishonest reporting It's technically true but these elections are totally different. We have four to six viable candidates (depending on who you ask ) where as at this point in 2016 it was already Hilldawg vs The Bernster. Of course he won bigger in a two way race than in a five way one. They're trying to paint him as weak or as a loser even though he won. Like....why? No, it’s because 26 per cent is really low compared to all past non-incumbent primaries in NH. Gore was at fifty per cent in 2000, Clinton was at 39 per cent in 2008, Kerry at 38 per cent, Hart at 37 per cent, etc... When we get to Super Tuesday, the percentages may very well grow larger, but at this point there isn’t a clear front runner and the wins have been by small percentages. They aren’t. Take the win and be happy. No news station is going to be obsessed with your candidate like you are obsessed with them. They are there to talk about every possible angle, not to “Yaaaaasss” and throw a party. That’s what you should be doing, instead of expecting a bunch of news people that have to fill hours of air time, to do it for you.

But how many people were in those races? I feel like getting over a quarter of the votes with five candidates on the board is respectable. They pick everything apart and look at it from fifty different ways. I don't know, but even Trump won NH by like 35 per cent and there were several viable candidates still in at that point. Nothing about that wreck is conventional though Oh well, at the end of the day I'm just glad Bernie's going strong and Pete is the more moderate candidate that's getting boosted atm. I 100% prefer him to Biden so if it's Bernie vs Pete I'm ok. Whimsical bitch

Luc 4,776
Sanders really has everything on his side this time. It's becoming pretty obvious that the Democratic party is majority-moderate, but because moderates have no clue who to vote for, they end up splitting the vote and giving Bernie a slight edge. They are right, especially when he pushes a revolution campaign, that may affect the ability of Democrats to win back the senate. If the promised new voters arent there now, when they will come? When the republicans will start to attack him? At the end of the day, even with more rivals, he could have won all the towns he did last time. He didnt. In no way has the conversation been that tonight was terrible for Bernie. At one point Brian Williams said "a win is a win." Lawrence O'Donnel was also very positive about Bernie's win and had data about 2016 to back it up. It's been very balanced. They are having debates and mentioning all POV's. They have criticized all the candidates and praised all the candidates. If anything there has been no praise for Biden at all. Shaun King is cherry picking comments to fit his narrative, to rile up what ever followers he has. I challenge you to watch it with an open mind instead of reposting biased tweets. In an entries broad cast that lasted 5 hrs live. At three points did they mention the Amy and Pete's votes added up to more than Bernie's. Believe me there was alot more praise of Bernie in those 5 hours than those three sentences.
