Dude I like her music but she’s opportunistic. That she can sit there and work with someone who is so reprehensible and has hurt Kesha at the very least business wise by artistically trapping her (if you don’t believe ANY of the sexual and emotional abuse allegations) speaks A LOT about her character or lack thereof.  It’s gross that she sits in a studio knowing that a man like that treated Kesha like ****. She deserves to be dragged. After all, Dr Luke should be blacklisted but Kim is the one crossing the picket line. It’s not like she doesn’t have the talent to make good music with a different producer who isn’t a garbage human being.

And it's not fair to not believe someone who has clearly been raped and emotionally/physically abused. I don't know Kesha personally. None of us do, and none of us will actually know what exactly happened between the two, but I just don't think she lied here. 2-8% of reported rapes are false. 2-8%. You can believe that she lied, but statistically, she most likely did not. 

The justice system is so faulty. People get put in prison and even get the death penalty for something they did not commit. I'm not going to believe that she's a liar after everything that's happened to her up until now; I'm just not. The fact that she is found guilty of defamation, to me, says that the system is broken.

As for Kesha herself...look, I seriously doubt she did this to just get out of a contract. Rape and sexual assault is a very serious thing to accuse someone off. I believe she was telling the truth, and I believe in this instance, the justice system has failed.

But the DEFAMATION part is not about the rape or if it's true or not, it's about if she damaged his reputation, which she did, whether we like Dr Luke or not.

Doesn't that imply though that they think she's lying about the rape?  Because if they thought the rape was true surely they wouldn't have found her guilty of defamation. That's just a matter of fact at that point.

I've seen various cases where diffamations were like "omg this person is so dumb" but like the court doesn't ask themselves if the person is truly dumb they ask themselves if indeed those words harmed the person's reputation in their entourage, in the public and so on  but im in Quebec, Canada so maybe it's a bit different? disclaimer: im not a lawyer and I'm not pretending to be one.

Honestly this is crazy. As the public and fans, we don’t really know the whole truth. It’s her word against his. Actually lying about being sexually assaulted is going pretty far.....
