Because they are following the news and not making them.

Half a day ago, Bernie supporters pushed conspiracy theories. Now that Bernie may win, they are silent. U know what will happen if Bernie is still second at 100%. :ladyhaha:

We're "silent" because there's literally nothing else for us to talk about. We're not getting any more results tonight.

And our "conspiracy theories" were largely proven to be absolutely accurate. Countless errors that all benefit Buttigieg and harm Sanders? Endless inaccuracies even after the party took days for the sole purpose of making sure the results would be reported accurately? Numerous precincts captains coming out and proving that the party was reporting inaccurate information about their precincts? Or did you just miss all of that?

Stop wasting our time with this cynical, disingenuous nonsense.

I don't think Bernie supporters are silent. Regardless of the outcome, the discrepancies should ALL be fixed.

You know what's still suspect (that you're gonna call a conspiracy theory)? The fact that they have slowly and strategically released results that make it look like Pete is winning for as long as possible and that the more results we get, the smaller the gap becomes.

As many people pointed out, errors in caucuses happen. People who pointed out the errors in this thread didnt want to acknowledge that and presented all the errors with accusations.

Rural areas and small precincts are the first to get counted on every election. As I understand, Bernie didnt campaigned in rural areas, so Pete had this advantage.

Funny. I didn't look very close into them, but I remember that I quote one error yesterday that benefited Bernie. :ladyhaha:

I also saw some corrections, where people pointed out that the captains dont understand how caucuses go and the errors werent errors. :trollga:

But u found that all benefited one candidate. Look closer or learn what all means. :reductive:

It’s just so funny how they seemingly report on everything but the all the polls that suggested he was gonna win Iowa.

Its also just so funny to me you can then conspiracies when the DNC got caught rigging the primaries last time and basically said “we don’t owe anyone fair elections.”

You look so out of touch yikes

For Bernie supporters the fact that Bernie lost and had less votes than Hillary, it means that it was rigged. :saladga:

No surprise there.

The way the centrists in Iowa can’t leave this situation looking good 💀 Y’all we better hope it was corruption bc if the Democrats are this stupid, no ones gonna vote for them. Bernie’s definitely the only one who’s gonna flush the neolib corporate circus with competent and progressive professionals - we would love to see it.

Honestly, even if Bernie won, he should have won by more.

EVEN in Black Hawk County's results, they didn't fully correct the mistake :rip: They removed Deval Patrick's SDEs and Steyers partly, but there are still literal final  alignment votes that are off. Pete Buttigieg has 10 too many votes, Sanders has 25 too few, Steyer has a few too hundred too many...

Not to mention I expect Cedar Rapids to be off as well, and precinct captains reporting errors in Polk and one or two other places.

All of that could add up to easily 3 or 4 SDEs. The fact that they have been silent to those people who have tried to contact them to correct their mistakes is what makes people think this is a conspiracy. They immediately correct the mistake a NYT writer points out, but they ignore the mistakes that actual people on the ground are begging them to fix (Yes, people who ran these caucuses, people who did the counting, people who submitted their paper ballots and took evidence of them) It makes us think they would not have corrected the errors they did correct if someone hadn't called them on it, and that is fishy as hell.

If people hadnt taken pictures of their physical ballots and final counts, Bernie would have received near a 1000 less votes right now. That's insane. It truly calls this entire thing into question from all camps. Everyone should be furious.

The truth of the situation is they're tied. Because they both have 11 delegates and that's what matters in terms of the primary vote.

Saying Pete won for SDEs is the same as saying Bernie won due to popular vote. When they both leave Iowa with 11 delegates (so far) and that's the only thing that decides primary outcome, it's a tie.

I was refering to when Pete was more ahead

What’s the latest update? I’m confused.

97% of the vote is now in. We have 50 more precincts to report. Pete's lead with the SDE (State Delegate Equivalents) is down to 3 or .1 of 1%. Bernie still has the popular vote by 5954 votes on the first alignment and by 2518 votes on the final alignment. In other words, if you take all three together you still end up with Bernie/Pete leaving Iowa with the same number of delegates and with Bernie winning the popular vote.
