What makes you say that? She’s always been theatrical and camp in a pretty ironic way, while also telling a sincere story. I think Enigma is an attempt at fusing camp and sincerity. When she screamed “I can’t feel my body!” it reminded me of her talking about experiencing dissociation/psychosis and how I imagine endless criticism and scrutiny from the music industry and paparazzi made her feel violated and probably triggered her. I think the show is her trying to tie all of those pieces together: her truth as she sees it now vs. who’s she’s been in the past.
