I wish they could’ve balanced that between other artists. For a new (And very young) artist like Billie, winning one of the Big Four categories would be great enough

it may also affect her career in a negative way, because she’ll feel pressured to keep up with her debut for the following releases and she will most likely fail on that

President Biden

Ngl, I criticized her a lot before.

But after hearing ha album, WHEW IT’S SO EMOTIONAL. Still a Little NFRster bc I listened to it before, but Billie snaps too. I wish she’d won BNA & one of the song awards, Lizzo won the other and Lana won album. I love all 3 of them so much.

I got drunk

On Sunday, the goth-pop superstar, who just turned 18 last month, became the youngest Album of the Year winner ever — breaking the record previously held by Taylor Swift, who was 20 years old when she won for Fearless a decade ago. But even more astoundingly, Eilish became only the second artist in Grammy history, and the first female artist, to sweep all of the “Big Four” awards (Record, Album, and Song of the Year, plus Best New Artist) in a single ceremony.

No artist has won the Big Four in one year since 1981.

She was the only worthy person this year to sweep the categories, but... this shouldn't have happened regardless. Her music did not deserve all those awards.

GRAMMYs had some weird freaky Billie agenda this year. ASIB was snubbed, ARUTW was clearly the best written song. I honestly expected Old Town Road to win ROTY.

Omg, that's crazy. I wonder if she ever thought "If I had just written one line of the song :madge:

She should speak to Beyoncé, she'd give good advice about this :trollga:

They don't like her yet they enter every thread about her :reductive:  :sure:

I'm eagerly waiting for @Ferrer Zorola to spread his "sad"s on this thread without even commenting :derpga:

@TheSlash @Morphine Prince You see? Like clockwork.

Grammys really think that the infectious melody and poetic lines of ARUTW is inferior to bad guy?  I have to laugh.

I love how a few ppl are complaining about SL having few words in the chorus.
Yet the chorus of Bad Guy is just "duh (boo boop boo boooo boo boo boo boo boop.... etc) lol. And obv Bad Guy has excelled tremendously :ally:

Get the pinot ready, because it's turtle time.

Yeah. Lets show the kid some support. I get that.

But for Billie, the hard work begins now. She'll have to confirm.

Will her next creation sound a bit different than another 'Bad Guy' carbon copy ?...

Late to the party but I got a diamond heart
