MSNBC reporter says “los angeles n word” on live television

How did she even say that though?  I get it, mistakes happen, but when your brain is searching for the word "Lakers" how tf does it come out as the n-word?

That makes a lot of sense, actually. Probably the person writting on the teleprompter messed up (by rush writting the breaking news) and put "Knicks" instead of "Lakers", then she tried to correct it midway and that's how it came out.

Looks like she misspoke though. She probably read a teleprompter word wrong. I think she'll be fine.

It sounds like she was going to say The Los Angeles Knicks accidentally, instead of the Los Angeles Lakers, and instead we got...... that. The 'N' word didn't come out as a result of that word being in her vocabulary.... good lord.
