Grass left I'm just wondering if shore walls might not be better tho Β Unless im completely misunderstanding, from what I gather, sea walls are only meant to hold back strong waves and storm surges correct? But the normal tide levels still remain past the walls no? Β If that's the case, when sea levels rise beyond the certain threshold are many parts of NYC at risk of getting submerged just from the regular sea levels alone excluding storm surges?
