Only if it reaches the top 50 (this is because it is too old and considered recurrrent despite it never reaching the charts) and then it can only chart if Billboard decides that it can chart (the reason Katys Cozy Litttle Christmas did not chart last Xmas because Billboard thought it wouldn't really matter).
