I think for quite a lot of people Christmas is just a fun time of year that people like to join in with and doesn't have a personal religious meaning to them. Like someone said above, it will get messy and people have a hard time respecting other people’s political and religious beliefs. Anyways, I believe in Science but I also believe in god as well. In fact, my church is hosting Christmas eve service tonight. I believe in god. I believe that god loves everyone, no matter your gender or sexual orientation. Sadly, many of my family members don't share that same belief. I think i'll just stop going to church when i'm old enough to make such decisions. I'll always still be a Christain girl. I do pray whenever I feel alone and scared and even when I eat I say "thank you" in a whisper. I also try to be as kind as possible to people and whenever someone is very nice or helps me in something I say "God bless that person", in my mind off course and I smile. That person I will always remember. I also recognize some of my weaknesses and question myself sometimes. I don't consider myself religious but I do have some Christian beliefs.
