Spock 20,290
The MCU films might not be masterpieces, but I think the recognition it’s getting is totally deserved. They started as an independent studio with third-tier comic characters and ended up completely revolutionizing Hollywood and the blockbuster industry forever. The second half of the decade was spent with studios trying to set up their own cinematic universes and failing miserably. Amazing Spider-Man, LEGO, Universal Monsters, Ghostbusters, Transformers, and most embarrassingly DC, could not crack the formula and flopped horribly for the most part. No matter which side you stand on the “superhero movies are not cinema” debate, or the fight between smaller studios and exhibitors, imo there’s no denying that Marvel had vision to do something others to this day can’t, and should be celebrated for it who will love me when the night is over

Technically, it's her third movie she's starred in (see Sin City 2 and Machete Kills). Still a slay regardless Yes, I don't think her role in Machete Kills and Sin City 2 (a cameo really) was even properly supporting.
