I love the music, the lighting, the acting, etc. My husband really appreciates the videography. The looks Gaga serves. Share some thoughts. Also if you haven't seen the extended cut you really should. They really gave amazing performances in the movie and make so much of it feel so real. Scene 98 for example feels like I’m reliving a fight between my mom and dad or my sister and her husband. Her little expressions when talking to Jackson and her subtle tear in the rehab scene always stick out to me as such great moments of acting because you almost wouldn’t realize them at first. The music is some of my favorite work she’s ever done and I’m still shocked she hasn’t sang any of it live besides shallow. Brunette on Gaga makes her looks out of this world perfect to me. Oh I didn't notice that either! I'll have to notice next time! It's because I just want to watch it in a relaxed state at night by myself since my bf doesn't "appreciate" it as much as I do ( ) and I haven't found that time yet. I knew that Gaga would be wonderful but the first time I saw the movie I just sat in the theater at the end thinking OMG. (I love this from one of the reviews: Her singing is dominant, her performance fascinatingly elusive and full of life - she doesn’t so much deliver a single feeling on cue as command the screen and gradually unfold a complex range of emotions.)
