trasdeno 2
I just emailed ticketmaster asking if there was any way to switch the delivery options... I got a stern no. I HAVE to pick up my tickets 1 hour before the show starts....which is after they let people in the pit. **** this...

In all likelihood you will be able to get them when the box office opens on the day. Call the venue and see what time they open on event days and see what they say about ticket collection, TM will just give you a standard response to cover themselves (they won't know). Ah ok thanks I was worried they wouldn't open until doors. Rarely do box office collection tickets here. :) From memory (this was back in 2005 so a little foggy!), Boston opened at 11am and MSG we were able to collect the day we arrived rather than waiting. Der Meister 3,000
We have to be active about this, try posting on littlemonsters.com or send an email for them so they could *do* something about it!

I HAVE to pick up my tickets 1 hour before the show starts....which is after they let people in the pit. **** this... I'm going to multiple shows in multiple cities and so far all my tickets are will call. This is stressing me out not having a physical ticket with me that I'm in control of. I want in the pit at EACH show and if this will call bs messes that up, I'm going to be pissed -_-
alexd 1
I guess we can think of this in a positive way. If they weren't Will Call, scalpers might have possibly taken more of the tickets and we wouldn't have been able to get tickets in the first place. It is inconvenient, but in the end, it's probably a good idea for the fans.

They could at least mail the tickets to us one week before the event or something of that nature or email them to us beforehand. That way trying to scalp tickets last minute might be more difficult. All I know is I want my tickets in my hand so I can ensure I get in that pit lol

Because it say WILL CALL, scalpers did not bought the tickets, and we fans got a chance to buy it. Thanks God for WILL CALL, it's really a blessing! Check stubhub.com for Gaga GA tickets that allowed delivery and you see over 200 GA tickets per show being scalped! And the scalpers charge twice as much! So again - thanks God for WILL CALL! Diamant_64 0
But if the only way to get into the Pit is to have a GA ticket, and the only way to pick up a GA ticket is at Will Call an hour before showtime, then they've made getting into the Pit either much more difficult or impossible. I'm not going to be thankful for that. LG's people have got to be finding a way to fix this.....the whole Pit concept is based on lining up EARLY and waiting in that line! She wouldn't let us stand in the cold for nothing; there's got to be a way around it.

The only time I would worry is if you won tickets because the venue usually doesn't have those in hand and the company who is giving them away usually has them. I've won many tickets and the majority are will call tickets - haven't had a problem. Worst case is they don't have them ready before the doors open and most people in line wouldn't have theirs either (assuming most GA tickets are will call). ElectricHaus 227
Anyone have any idea how to fix it/get it days before the show?? The ticket situations for this tour are super jacked up! I didn't buy GA but from what I've understood you can go pick them up at your arena any day before the show....you can pick them up the day of the show to. I ordered seats 2weeks ago from ticketmaster and they said they won't ship for another 3 freaking weeks! Ugh! I want them now!
sweetpinkcupcake24 0
I got my 2 GA tickets during the Monday presale last week and Will Call was not one of my options at all. I'm actually getting my tickets delivered to me because getting my tickets shipped to me were the only options I saw. I hope everyone is able to get their GA tickets in time! himerosxo 279
TICKETMASTER CAN'T ANSWER ANYTHING ABOUT WILL CALL. Whatever they say to you is bull****. It all depends on the venue. For example, I called the Palace and they said the box office opens at 9AM. Ticketmaster just sells the tickets for venues. They don't control the box offices at venues. Mister G 10,161
I'm not worried about that, I'm just worried something will go wrong once I get to the box office and somehow they won't be able to give me the tickets. I can just imagine them telling me there is no record of me buying them or something with the computer messed up etc... I know it's probably just me being paranoid but seriously, I have the worst of luck sometimes. Just do what I did for the Monster Ball when I had a situation where they lost my tickets in the mail: I called them like 5 times before the event to ensure that my tickets were on hold for will call. Otherwise, they'd be getting sued violently. Actually TICKETMASTER is lying about that one hour before the show policy for Will Call pickups. I went to the Monster Ball last year in February 2011 up in Atlantic City at the Boardwalk Hall. I bought tickets the day they went on sale because much like what's happening with this tour, all the tickets sold out within minutes of announcement. Anyways; Ticketmaster sent them regular delivery (at that time, Will Call wasn't the only option). My tickets got lost in the mail but I was able to get them to reissue the tickets again for me to pick up the day of the event. They said they would be available 1 hour before the event, which didn't make much sense to me because how the hell do you expect to 1) get a good spot in line with the enormous crowd and 2) plan on getting a good spot once inside especially if the tickets you buy are GA. In any event, my friend and I got to Atlantic City around 12Noon EST and I went right to the Box Office for Will Call and they had my tickets available. Don't always believe everything what Ticketmaster tells you; it's usually false-advertisement and inaccurate information.
