OHMYGAGA 15
When I chose that option it said that it is also decision of the venue. Some venues will allow to pick up days before the show. Its just up to the venue.
Der Meister 3,000
I am so mad about it, I got GA Floor tickets for Sunrise and Miami... How will I make it to the pit?

Zilla 13,377
I don't get what they're doing? Why is will call their only option? I just tried buying a ticket for one show and it said every option is "delayed" besides will call, even TicketFast. With the LM.com presale, is will call the only option they offer? If I'm stuck with will call, I'm going to try and get it converted to TicketFast. You have to pay a couple dollars extra but will call sounds like an awfully messy idea. Because the tickets won't end up on scalper sites. Some people have called and asked to have them switched to ticketfast or regular mail. I'm guessing it depends on the venue. For MSG I'm getting them sent here. πΈ'π π πππππ πππ πππππ’ πππππ ππππ ππ ππππ.

I'm pretty sure that won't happen.
HORRORHOLIC 104
I'm not worried about that, I'm just worried something will go wrong once I get to the box office and somehow they won't be able to give me the tickets. I can just imagine them telling me there is no record of me buying them or something with the computer messed up etc... I know it's probably just me being paranoid but seriously, I have the worst of luck sometimes.
Chezza 1
I'm coming from the UK so there is no way I can call up Ticketmaster, this will call thing is very confusing.
KillerCupcake 3
Is this Will Call thing only for the states?? I got my tickets yesterday and I had tons of options to receive the tickets. I chose to be able to pick them up at the mall in a sunrise store.
SimonVenekeo 4
It looks like people will be camping out in front of the will-call windows now
Brucie 11
The lady i talked to this morning at the tacoma dome was very nice and said they are trying to figure out the best solution and to check back with them in a few weeks.

It would make no difference anyway, it's a hard and fast rule that TM USA do not send tickets to anyone outside the US. My experience with TM in the US is that you are able to pick up tickets whenever the box office opens, which is normally fairly early on the day of a show. You will be perfectly safe, the order is in your TM account and they will not give out your tickets to anyone else. I've done box office collection loads of times and only ever had a problem picking up tickets for Kylie in Barcelona, though that was entirely down to it being done by seetickets (a UK site) who are notoriously rubbish at doing anything. Ticketmaster do not make blunders like that.

Ah ok thanks I was worried they wouldn't open until doors. Rarely do box office collection tickets here. :)
