I can see why it became so popular and the bigger song. It does have a pretty special feel to it. I love both of them though, in fact all the ASIB songs were top quality. Shallow perfectly encapsulates the movie though so it's not surprising it was the big success, and Gaga's part of course inspired a million memes.
