I pointed out that many videos released AFTER bad romance such as telephone, Judas, Alejandro, and I think even applause at first got faster views given the increase in YouTube access However eventually the daily views dropped for all of them and Bad Romance would go back to being her most viewed video daily As you can see by the daily average... The gap between Bad Romance daily views and Shallow has dropped to only roughky 150K a day despite Bad Romance being 10 years older There is also a gap still of over 400M views As Bad Romanc holds steady around the 400K a day mark and shallow keeps dropping eventually Bad Romance may regain its reign of most whatched daily video In other words Shallow will never surpass Bad Romance.... It's a fantastic song, but it's video is essentially a film compilation tacked onto its live sequence. Will it pass BR one day? Maybe. It definitely will hit the billion mark soon.
