Yes every coutry should have representation But if humans were truly forward thinking we wouldn't even have borders to begin with Becoming global also means becoming more international instead of protectionist But when it comes to entertainment North America is one of the worst for accepting international content... But I was just saying regardless that I found that surprising

But I'm also a supporter of the idea of international culture I think ppl thinking of themselves as American, or Canadian or Brazilian... Yes it's accurate, we have legal citizenships and we live under that Countries rule and laws... But I also think it's a fundamental problematic way of thinking that we identify based on ethnicity. Not many ppl question this cuz it's been the norm for so long but for us to try get passed race we should view ourselves as human not by a nation Mark my words... Hundreds of years from now there probably won't be many local customs left because of how globalized we'd have been for so many generations Already in the 21st century especially among young ppl because of internet a lot of customs and ways of speaking have become pretty much the same in most places When I was young and moved from Portugal to Canada I noticed quite a difference in culture... Now 20 years later when I go back, I notice the cultural differences between Canada and Portuguese have greatly diminished even in the rural areas (although some differences still remain obviously)
