Beyonce apparently won in 2009, but this is a bad look for Billboard, especially with so many major Black artists. And before someone comes for me, I'm not trying to take anything away from Billie but it would have been nice to have a WOC up there. Cardi B and Lizzo are arguably just as big and have had major success in the past two years (Cardi) and the past year (Lizzo). *Technically, two Latinas. I forgot that Fergie is Latina. If you don't have something nice ( or at least constructive ) to say, skip the fv<king thread . Haters are just pressed that 2019 was clearly her year and that she was more successful at 17 than they were .
