Morphine Prince 109,655
We are at a time in history where the president of the US will officially be above the law. If SCOTUS rules in his favor, with the judges he appointed... it’s over. Trump will be above the law. And so will every Republican president for decades. Everyone who didn’t vote for Clinton in 2016 is responsible for this.

Ziggy 14,033
Tbh I doubt they’ll take the case up and even if they did it wouldn’t be heard until next session which is next year. It’s so highly politicized and John Roberts is very anxious about highly politicizing the courts for no reason. The other highly political cases like discrimination and immigration have some legitimate legal ramifications and while toeing the line doesn’t quite fall into political territory. This case absolutely does.

JusKeepBreathin 19,311
Is he even allowed to ask this? I can't anymore. This is just draining. FATCAT 60,888
Just because he asks them to review the case doesn't mean they'll take it up. If they believe the lower courts had sound legal arguments (and they were very clearly sound) they won't even grant the writ of certiorari. So don't freak out just yet guys, they're more likely to just stay hands off. This kitten over here (meow)
