Its claimed that the attacker is from Yemen, but many questioned this because why would someone from Yemen attack none Saudi foreigners? With all the "progressive" changes in Saudi, a big religious anti Government movement is slowly starting and many bomb attacks are soon to be expected. Religious voices have been completely silenced (sometimes unfairly), so something big is going to happen soon considering its a very religious and holy country.
