If it weren’t for Abraham Lincoln we’d still have slaves. Those who committed violence were the white people trying to go against Lincoln & the white people during the civil rights movement. You are correct about the people who perpetrated the violence against the slaves, but it took a god awful damn war with them to end slavery! They didn’t just give up slavery and give into Lincoln’s demands!!! We are going around in circles here, all because you don’t want to admit that violence DOES solves some problems.
