Also the light blue and pink colors make me think of Trans rights. Sobble is definitely my starter now because Intelleon is literally me EDIT: As for my team I want to use, I do want to use primarily Gen 8 pokémon if I can, although there's a handful of Gen 6 and 7 pokes I've not been able to use (due to only one possible save file on the 3DS) and am somewhat interested in trying out as well.
