Torn is the new single which is slowly gaining steam and they'll probably want to wait until it is bigger. if ever getting bigger. Pretty much says the next song she'll release is a collab with a spanish-speaking singer, or did she just say are you ready in spanish for the texture (also serving google translate realness bc I am sure she wanted to say estáis and not estás but whatever) inb4 a collab with Rosalia Whenever I used vosotros form to anybody not from Spain, they laugh at me for being too "formal"
Randomperson 1,264
Torn could’ve blew up in the UK if they did more promo than the Jonathon Ross show. They also shouldn’t have had her on the show so long after the release Really hope her label will let her release the album, she’s been working hard on it for over a year now. Spain is the only spanish speaking country where people talk like that.

They stomped every promo in the UK and seem to focus on the DACH states. It's been mostly pulled from radio in the UK while it is rising in all three DACH states and even rising on the general charts there.

Daylight Jokers 14,958
I actually really liked Torn. I personally find it better than SBP. But yeah, the hype for her is slowly dying and she really needs to release her album ASAP before the GP forgets she even exists.

I don't think so and even more importantly, do people in Latin america says LISTO with a plural subject? I don't think people from any country use singular verb and a singular adjective to form a plural sense and what I was saying is only adressing a sentence to their followers using the singular form is weird. Whats different in spain and LatAm is the fact people would use the second person plural is saying Estan ustedes or estais vosotros. And ofc I can't say there is no area in which people say estás vosotros or estás ustedes, but that's faaar from the norm. But nice try I guess

And yes, some people do use a singular verb and a singular adjective to form a plural sentence, for example someone who's referring to, I don’t know, a country, can say "¿Estás listo?". It's also an strategical and pyschological technique that people with power or influence use to make other people, usually a larger group, feel united or attached to something. I know cuz I study psicology and it's a really effective way to manipulate people.
