Under her official name. It's to a separate account that's been possibly merged or simply just displays under the "Lady Gaga 🎶" thing by permission. Artist accounts are different from regular accounts and this could be part of the reason they rolled out the whole merging personal artist channel and VEVO channel into one thing.
