Not even that. The dude literally worked on every song (except one) on the album. So is he disappointed at himself? Did he feel some type of way DURING the process? Or is he just trying to people to buy his book? If this OST actually took of sales/chart wise he wouldn’t have said this.

Is he only saying so because he wasn't a part of it? The movie is flawless in its way. Keep comparing it to the original film and you'll keep sounding miserable and disappointed. I mean it's become the best selling Disney movie ever. This is very huge for a remake. The music is good and almost sounds the same as on the original soundtrack except for Be Prepared.

He was apart of it. He was the composer of every new version (Except... you know) If his ending credits song actually became successful and took off I feel like he wouldn't be saying any of this.

The music felt underwhelming  :smh:

The movie was also not that different from the animated especially plot wise, they could've changed something.
