Make An ARTPOP Era That Would've SHOOK Pop Culture!

May 2013: gags teases the upcoming  lead single, applause. She releases a snippet of the video.

June 2013: Applause is released. She goes on a radio tour to promote the single, and does several tv performances.

July 2013: Venus is released as a single. Also, an ARTPOP film is released.

September 2013: GUY is released as a promo single.  

Late September 2013: ARTPOP (the album) is released. She announces she will tour, in support of ARTPOP. She does a lot of performances and interviews.

November 2013: She releases DWUW, featuring Christina, as a single.

February 2014: She starts touring for the artrave.

March 2014: The last single, Gypsy, is released.

November 2014: She finishes the artrave tour, wraps up the ARTPOP era to move on to new projects

Gypsy -last single- video with a smooth and short story line, drop at the sametime Artrave first night.

I would’ve liked the ARTPOP singles to follow a ART/POP formula:

1. Aura (ART) 2013 June 

2. Applause (POP) 2013 August 

3. Venus (ART) 2013 November 

4. DWUW ft. Britney or Xtina (POP) 2013 November 

5. Sexxx Dreams (ART) 2014 February 

6. Gypsy (POP) 2014 May 

Venus/DWUW would’ve been a double release a week before the album. Aura would’ve been the final piece to the Paparazzi/Telephone/Aura trilogy. Applause should’ve been premiered at the VMA’s with the song and video dropping simultaneously. DWUW would’ve featured a non-problematic singer and Britney would’ve been the perfect fit given the context. The videos would’ve all been epic and Sexx Dreams at the Grammys would’ve had me so excited! Ugh I mean most of the singles would’ve flopped but she could’ve secured two no.1 with Applause if she dropped the song/video the same day after the VMA performance & DWUW (if Britney we’re involved). If only. Sexxx Dreams would be the promo singles and so the GP would be aware of it when it came back around.
