Yes Femme Fatale is one of the best examples of great dance music, its EDM at its very best! People may talk it down by saying it sounds very 2011 etc but you have to give the album a lot of credit because it throws it self so far into the EDM genre and it was the furthest Britney has strayed away from a classic pop sound. Yes i understand she took inspiration from popular music at that time but with Femme Fatale she went bolder than any of the other pop girls, it was a risk, you can listen to Teenage Dream for instance which im not trying to discredit because its great too but in comparison Femme Fatale has a much more hardcore sound. And Britneys vocal mixes so well with the with all the treble and raging synths etc. She lifted the world of dance music to another level with Femme Fatale, a level where dub step became a signature sound in pop music soon after, the sounds on Femme Fatale stuck for several years after, i mean listen to Swines instrumental that sounds like it could be on FFs tracklist. Femme Fatale should have been her undisputed commercial peak of her career.

I already have the Target edition picture disk of Baby One More Time, and the Urban Outfitters Britney, I can't wait until they decide to press Blackout though

i've only bought the Baby Vinyl from Urban Outfitters, i'm such a flop
