One of the things that made me sad about the Avengers series is the lack of her background story in the movie universe. I know there are comic boys but when the characters have 2/3 movies individually for their backstories, and she's part of the original group, it makes total sense to add this in. My complaint is that I wish this was released before Infinity War/End Game but better late than never! Spoiler Also, as a Russian-speaker, I'll be interested in the translations, Disney better not disappoint me I fell down the stairs once as an actor. Miel 15,009 Posted August 26, 2019 Share Posted August 26, 2019 Very excited for this one. After a lot of inconsistent tones with her character, it's nice to have something fully focused on her. Shame it's a prequel, all considering how her arc went down in Endgame (really brought the movie to a low point, tbh), but hopefully we'll get some interesting insight on her overall narrative. 3 points in and ready for more Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

I only became familiar with the character from watching MCU movies 😅 I’ve researched her back story a bit since, so it should delve into her time in the Red Room as she was being trained as a Black Widow. I think this film will help explain why she chose to team back up with the Avengers and keep her leadership role after the 5 year jump, which could further explain her sacrifice as well. Hopefully it won't be the last that we see her, either (Gamora 1.0 and Natasha's souls currently live in that stone imo!). Hopefully they'll deliver! No I totally get where you’re coming from. I don’t think it was even necessary but it was cool to see. The final battle was 100% fan service in my eyes, so I just took it for what it was.
