There won’t be any accountability. The US is a permanent part of the UN Security Council so we would be able to veto any measure taken against us. The US hasn't had a real proper competitor in decades and so it is starting to slip into muddy waters. I'd say Bush started this decline into tyranny but Trump really set the ball rolling. I wonder if future presidents are going to continue this cycle or if there will be a president who will set the US right on track to be a positive force in the world because right now it is becoming the spitting image of what it once declared it detested.
