Sad thing is many ppl won't pay attention to his huge deficits and unsustainable fiscal policies to keep economy hovering from his damaging policies... If unemployment stays low ppl will just hail him for keeping economy strong regardless of how he does it Until the US ends up like Japan with a debt so huge they can't get out of it cuz the interest alone takes up like a third of the budget

Even more sad; his brainwashed, uneducated supporters (not all just the obvious ones that have blind loyalty) will stand by him regardless and somehow blame Obama or Hillary’s emails for the recession. xKorix 156
Trump doubled the deficit in just 2 years. It's back to over a trillion. So much for "fiscal responsibility".

Saying low rates were causing asset bubbles and unsustainability Now that he's president he's interfearing in the Fed (which he's not supposed to do) and insisting on lower rates to boost economy He even sounded like a kid "the fed should lower rates to put a rocket ship under US economy"

Given were in an era of lower interest rates and that the US also has the reserve currency, the US can probably take on a debt load of at least 150% to 160% of GDP (that's over $30 Trillion) if not more before a meltdown... Currently the debt is around 110% of GDP So a crisis would still be years away at the current pace of debt accumulation but it wouldn't make it any more pleasent Government bonds (debt) are kind of the floor for the rest of the bond market. The Governments interest on debt affects the cost of credit for Corporate Bonds including banks indirectly A Country who rates start to surge because they are having a hard time getting enough investors and lenders to fill their hole, results in credit costs for companies and consumers to surge up with it For example, mortgage rates tend to surge if a country can't pay it's debt because the government's demand for bonds makes it harder for companies like banks to attract their own investors for their bonds For example here in Canada last time I checked, 10 year government bonds were 1.8% but most Corporate Bonds were over 3.5% because Corporate Bonds always trade at a premium (usually)

As someone from the Middle East, yes to me hes way better than Obama because I care about foreign affairs. I mean, Obama is even worse than everyone even Bush, specially regarding foreign affairs, terrorism, torture, wars, whistle blowers, spying on people. Also, when someone like Obama is president, everyone goes to sleep and ignore crimes but when Trump is president, everyone talks about government crimes which is a good thing. But truthfully, none of them are better than the other, they all work for the same people and serve the interest of the Military industrial complex, wall street, banks, and corporations.
