Sad how this is so common in the Middle East, but hardly anyone cares. Like, 63 innocent people lost their lives but the liberal media mostly ignores it because calling out Islamic extremists doesn't fit their agenda.

I see a ton of news sites reporting it. Which “liberal media” source are you referring to?

This thread turned to cluster**** real fast after few users known for their antimuslim rhetoric (who would otherwise ignore this thread) got triggered by this one post so much so, they just had to laugh at it (no matter how inappropriate that is; not actually caring it’s a thread about muslim people, women and children being blown to pieces at an Afghan wedding; they didn’t just die btw they were killed, slaughtered)

and they just had to inform us how it has nothing to do with race (tho we know the right in the West has been demonizing muslim immigrants, especially Afghanis, to the point most people don’t give a **** whatever happens to them, in fact you’ll find some people actually glad about this and not being ashamed about it, 

then we have the usual whattaboutism (mentioning christians and other minorities just to minimize this tragedy, which would not be tolerated in a similar thread, like saying hey it’s not that bad!) but let’s add one “sad” comment, to make it seem we’re on topic and we actually care. 

 

 

Then we have one super ignorant comment, who is using this tragedy against “liberal media”, when we know the right and far right doesn’t give a ****; I have yet to see Fox news or Bretbart actually caring about muslim victims of terrorism, the fact that biggest victims or terrorism are muslims, doesn’t fit their agenda, because it’s hard then to generalize and demonize hundreds of millions of people, like they usually do. 

We still have people who are wondering what is ISIS goal, we still have people believing they only hate non-muslims and they’re only enemies of West, some would rather stay ignorant, I guess.
