Wished Israel didn’t give a ****, but oh well. I mean it’s also understandable to not let people in who believe in the destruction of Israel. (In case of Tlaib)

Citation needed.

So what are your thoughts on the countries that don’t allow Israelis or anyone related to Israel in?

I don’t agree with it.

I see it as a form of protest and boycott but I think there are better ways to do that than to just ban people from X country.

But that’s not relevant, is it? Israel is banning Congresswomen from their biggest ally. Not a good look. Fascism.

So banning Israelis is a form of protest ? :oprah: you know that most of these country once had Jewish populations which they kicked out and live now in Israel. So they can’t return to their grandparents home either. Don’t have double standards.

I do know that. But their policies remained the same and are continually being justified due to Israel’s actions.

I don’t have double standards. I am holding them all to the same standards.

Ur changing the subject to find anti-Jew sentiment where there is none. These are US congresswomen. The American government provides billions in aid to Israel every year, so the idea that any law maker would be banned from such a nation is completely ridiculous.

Citation? She believes in a one state solution, thus destroying Israel.

What about a two-state solution vs. one-state?

One state. It has to be one state.

http://inthesetimes.com/article/21383/rashida-tlaib-democratic-socialism-palestine-israel-michigan

“One state. It has to be one state. Separate but equal does not work. I’m only 42 years old but my teachers were of that generation that marched with Martin Luther King. This whole idea of a two-state solution, it doesn’t work. Even though we continue the struggle in the United States, we have a better chance to integrate. My grandfather said, ‘I don’t understand, we were doing so good. My neighborhood, Arab-Jew. We picked olives together. Why now do they want to be over me?’ ‘You did nothing wrong,’ I told him.

I feel the same way. Equality isn’t based on faith.

The United States is a safe haven for anyone who needs to be protected. I can see Israel moving in that direction. The only way to feel safe is when you look across the table and say they deserve to feel safe in their own country.”

This is what she actually said. But she did not call for the destruction of Israel. I believe that’s what you’re implying.

You can put it other way then too. Then Israel’s actions are justified.

You can! Both sides will continue to justify their wrong behaviors.

The trick is: One has to stop. And move  towards justice and equality.

Something many people aren’t willing to do. And why this conflict might never end. Humanity sucks. No one will admit their wrongs.

Except it does. One state for Israel and one state for Palestine is needed. Not one huge state. It won’t work.

So she is allowed permission to enter the West Bank to visit family, and she blatantly rejects it? Makes no sense.

Calling for equality for everyone is not calling for destruction. That’s your OWN interpretation.
