Joanne is a fun easy listening album but it's basically a bunch of standard pop songs dressed up in jackets that are supposed to represent different genres except not really That was a huge disappointment to me since it was the first album to be released after her big "I'm gonna do what I want!", "**** Interscope!", "I'm finally free creatively!" rebranding. And yet the actual songwriting quality was either identical to or even weaker than that of her previous records.

She didn't follow through. She can do much better and she chose not to. She chose to release pop songs that sound more radio friendly than what Ariana freakin' Grande is releasing Miley's Younger Now album (which was awful) was better produced as well, being more successful in blending country with modern soundscapes. In what world did that happen? No more of that pls.

That's the least of my worries tbh. First of all, we know Gaga delivers with every album, and second, i don't care if it's good on the charts or not, i'm only here for the music

Honestly, that I won't like it   I worry sometimes that she's not the artist who I thought she was, from The Fame, through ARTPOP.

Well, then I guess I'd prefer it if she just admitted that Instead of going on this whole "I'm completely in control creatively", "my label supports me now", "I'm listening to Tony and never compromising on my art ever again!" rampage It becomes obnoxious when she does it again and again (she also did it after BTW, though I'm sure everyone forgot already) and fails to deliver.

Oh come on, she delivered even with Joanne, both musically and visually(JWT interludes, JW MV, PI MV) so imagine what she can do with an electronic album like LG6
