Zander 14,910
- Judas https://www.popjustice.com/thenews/lady-gaga-accused-of-stealing-judas-hook/ Spoiler Putting stop to Wannabe/Judas Rumors. Posted on May 2, 2011 by lolilux This is my last statement as im tired of all this GAGA questions i get asked 24/7. I DO NOT HATE Gaga, i could care less about her there is space for many “superstar” artists in this world. Her first tracks where great, her newer work im not into, nether am i into the “Try Hard” outfits because its simply not her but thats my opinion. As to the Judas/WannaBE. Me and producer “Recreated” the (copied) synth which makes it our own legally, and we created a HIT song. If you read my statement the problem is the following: My song has been a hit on MTV and Radio for 5 month even thou it was released 2 years ago and created 3 years ago. The song is based on that synth. One of artists produced by RedOne (who “surprisingly” is using my last name as his artist name) sent him my song and he loved it. My management was in the talks about working with him as a solo artist and as a band project. IF HIS SONG WAS ALREADY WRITTEN AND WAS BASED ON SAME SYNTH his response wouldn’t have been “great track” it would have been “Oh wow that is same as my song”. So you can imagine my surprise when in 4 month after the song comes out based on the exact same Synth. As to your argument about a “Judas Leak” from 2010 – 1. My song was out since 2009 2. The 2010 leak DID NOT have my song part in it YET. In all of all That is Low, Unprofessional, Desperate and un artistic. I believe in real art and real music. I can see how Indy artists (Which i was prior to the song becoming a hit 4 month ago) sometimes need to use Synths BUT for “superstars” with their resources they don’t need to copy the Indy artists hits , they have all the resources in the world to create their own sound. Now if you are blindly hating that just shows your jealousy and childishness. And if you cant take humorous remarks as humor – do me a favor and stop taking life so seriously, life is too short, start having fun. Love to all of ya, have a great week. Loli Lux http://lolilux.com/blog/putting-stop-to-wannabejudas-rumors/ - Infected Mushroom is a producer credit on Aura. - Dance with the Dead said DWUW is not a sample or copy. Spoiler "Hey guys.....so we were a little confused finding a ton of emails this morning asking if we had collaborated with Lady Gaga and asking if she sampled our song *The Deep* in her new single 'Do what you want,'" reads a statement on the duo's Facebook page. "Truth is we heard nothing about it. We've listened Gaga's song, and it is definitely not a sample or a copy of The Deep, and we think the songs don't sound alike in any way (go listen and you guys decide) Anyways, our record comes out in 10 days. Get excited :)" - MJH and Can't Beat The Machines are both produced by Madeon (so go figure, lol) Salt N Pepa, Bowie, Depeche Mode etc... I can see as being definite influences as she has credited them as being so. Gaga does seem to credit when she uses samples.
Gardevoir 9,822
Lmao, aura was bought from infected mushroom, so it's not a sample. Same goes for Mary Jane Holland. Sugar, spice, and everything nice.

Can't believe that girl sued her for the Judas sample when anyone can use it, I have had that sample pack since 2010

AndiGaga 6,713
There are around 100 million songs on spotify Of course there will always be similarities, i feel sorry for Katy for example
shame 25,360
Kpop paving the way for Born This Way I could not believe it angels forever, forever angels
gagafrontrow 267
These are all very far fetched. And when you listen to the entire songs rather than just a snippet, the similarities disappear. www.gagafrontrow.com
