Should Katy really pay Flame 45% of her earnings for Prism?

Court says that she will pay 20 million dollars to Flame. Now Flame is demanding Katy to pay 45% of the total earnings she got from Prism due to Dark Horse being there. Now, the whole stuff is nonsense because there are other songs that have the same notes as what he said were copied from him. Does she need to pay in your opinion, 45% of Prism’s earnings?

Wow for real this is insane. They are really getting money hungry, I hope they get the amount katy is paying up reduced for being so malicious. Taking earnings from an album they had no physical contribution in creating.

The case was already decided. He can't ask for anything now that it's over. 

If this was an actual real case, rather than an excuse to get some money, I would suggest demanding money from the songwriters, not the specific singer.

She shouldn't owe them anything. Like how she even lost the lawsuit is beyond me. The songs don't sound anything alike. I mean there are literally 100s of songs that are rip offs of other songs that big names ripped off (Madonna ripping off Express Yourself) and nothings happened with those.
