I‘m sorry but in my own experience with people over the years as well as radio and sales: Poker Face is definitely more known. Bad Romance is Gaga's biggest hit in terms of going #1 in more places worldwide. Just Dance went #1 in less than 10 places, Even Shallow went #1 in more places than Just Dance.
