Well basically I'm part of the French Bulldog kennel club and their expert on genealogy and this guy was "breeding" frenchies he had a bitch and everytime you want your bitch to get pregnant you have to apply with a list of dogs that you want to be the father of your pups and the club decides whether they're OK for the bitch or not. We take into consideration the pedigree, genetic tests done on both the mother and the father of the pups, the looks (like if you have a smaller father you usually pair him up with a bigger mother so the pups are not small and look how they're supposed to you have to think about the length of their tail and such and most importantly their health) so we did issue him a breeding list for two dogs. Meaning he had to choose just one of them, but he had his bitch have intercourse with both of them and lied about it and now we don't know who's the father etc. So he's gonna have to have all the puppies genetically tested to figure out the paternity in a lab I appoint and I'm gonna take the genetic material so it's impartial so that's that. But now we're deliberating whether he should be even allowed to breed more and whether we should not file a lawsuit so his bitch would be taken away from him. It's all just one big mess that could have made a really bad impact if we didn't find out cause basically if the puppies were used for breeding in the future and wrong dog was written in the papers as their father, they might have been paired with their relatives and oops inbreeding and gonosomal recessive genetic disease here we come cause his bitch is a carrier so very dangerous.
