Yeah the moment I read “Spotify featured playlists” I was like “wait how is that fair? They curated him to be the most popular.” 

If you put Shallow at the top of 800 Spotify playlists it would be three times bigger. This is the equivalent of streaming payola lmao. This is such a ploy.

We all have different preferences on music and clearly a lot of people loves his music.

Your preferences does not equal the quality of the music.
