SawyersInsanity 401
I don’t think Gaga’s team deserves as much heat as they get...(HEAR ME OUT) I think leaks are out of their control when they weren’t anticipating the album to be delayed so it’s expected that things will fall through the cracks

sourpunk 35
Not an album but.... The Monsterball tour was her best tour and any show after that is her just trying to replicate what was so successful from TMBT without allowing a hugely original concept. 2School4Cool 6,457
- Joanne is Gaga’s best album. - The Queen is one of the best songs on BTW. - Divide by Ed Sheeran is a flawless, stellar album (which is a popular opinion in general, but not in this site). - Beautiful Trauma is actually one of P!nk’s best albums. - When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go? deserved it’s Grammys (not sure if this was an unpopular opinion or not, but I feel like a lot of people disagreed, including Billie). - Man Of The Woods by Justin Timberlake actually had some great songs. I can see how not everyone liked it, but I really enjoyed it and think it got too much hate. - Lover by Taylor Swift is even better than 1989 and reputation (both of which I love). VictoriaWinters 1,999
Born to Die, while still a great album, is definitely Lana's weakest in comparison to her others. American Life is easily in Madonna's top 4 best albums. Maybe top 3. Future Nostalgia did not live up to the hype of the singles. Besides those singles and Love Again, it's all filler. Biophilia is one of Bjork's best albums and deserves to be recognized as such. I love Britney but Blackout and Glory are the only albums by her I can get through without cringing on at least one track. Speak Now is Taylor's best album. Joanne is a masterpiece and easily one of Gaga's best. Witness is Katy's best album. There's a few tracks that are exceptionally bad, yes, but it's the most creative and daring she's ever been in her career. Slightly unrelated but she also deserves respect for the decision to cut her hair in an industry that values women based on their appearance. Chromatica Island 8,517
ARTPOP is gaga's best album. Brown eyes can leave The Fame. TEOG and You and I are better live, I do like the album versions as well, so don't @ me. Diamond heart and Sinner's prayer should've been singles. Born to die is Lanas best song. Starstruck should've been a single. Any/All Pronouns, Genderfluid🏳⚧

Focz 1,765
It really hurts to see this thread but I also have to say some Gypsy is a good song but it is VERY overrated, I love all ARTPOP but I see almost everyone put Gypsy in the top 3 when I don't even have it in the top 10 Dope is highly underrated and better than Gypsy and IWBWU, plus I don't understand how they can say that IWBWU looks better in ARTPOP when Dope is an electronic ballad The ARTPOP demos are NOT better than the final version, the only thing that seems really better to me, are some vocals in the demo of Aura and MJH, and the guitar of Fashion! demo 💜

Completely valid but I don't understand I’m not sure, I just enjoy it the most, it’s my favorite to listen to. I’ve gradually become a Taylor fan over the past couple of years, so reputation is the first album I fell in love with and I learned the songs I didn’t already know from 1989 by going back and listening a couple years after it came out. I think Lover is such a great blend of sounds, it satisfies my need for the acoustic love songs (Lover), the upbeat pop songs (Cruel Summer), the lighthearted fun songs (I Forgot That You Existed), etc. I think Cruel Summer, Cornelia Street, and Death By A Thousand Cuts may even be my top 3 songs of hers period, then you have beautiful emotional moments like Soon You’ll Get Better, sultry saxophone with False God, empowering songs like The Man, songs about equality with YNTCD, haunting storytelling songs like Miss Americana, and so many amazing other songs. It’s like everything you could want out of a Taylor album all put together into one amazing album that is so much fun to listen to. And Madonna's Hard Candy and MDNA are pretty cool I don't know why many people don't like these albums. Totally agree with your first point. I love Dope and everything, butvmoat of the times I listen to ARTPOP I skip it because it kills all the dancey electronic vibe I aspire to get by listening to the album. I lowkey think Gaga agrees with you too FIND YOUR FREEDOM IN THE MUSIC
