Oh my bad. The user I quoted that from blames it on Christianity, specifically, mentioning God, when the primary religion in Kuwait isn’t Christianity. It’s due to an automated thinking, but most people are clearly misinformed, especially first world country people, seeing as nobody talks about Kuwait that much. However, a quick Google can easily fix the problem there :huntyga:

By the way, the only religion, who capitalizes the “G” in God, instead of “god”, which is what pagans use, are the Christians.

But he didn't blame it on Christianity. Are you okay?

Also literally no one cares about capitalizing the word god. That's like getting mad at someone writing harry potter instead of Harry Potter.

This isn’t true. You just want to point out how Muslims are pagan to you, because you are Catholic.

Every religion has its roots from paganism, which is the first ever religion? :fail:

Allah literally translates to God in Arabic. Whether you're christian, Jewish, or Muslim , an arab person typically says Allah as God.

Good luck. That whole region is a disaster for LGBT rights

It's not *that* bad if you'd compare it to SA, Dubai and the other Gulf countries. No one really gives a crap if you keep it to yourself, but I've seen guys publicly hold hands and no one saying a thing & a dude getting verbally harassed for walking in a feminine posture. I remember in highschool there's this "stereotype" that whoever shaves their stache is "gay", which is why you'd find 12 year olds with bushes of hair on their face totally ruining their appearance just to prove a statement. Luckily I went to an open-minded school AKA a private school where most of my classmates are educated Egyptians/Lebanese/Syrians and we literally put up pro-LGBT posters.

There's also tons of Filipino expats who make it 100% obvious they're gay (makeup, voicetone, and they literally flirt with me) but no one says a thing.

"I heard if you record Gaga snoring and play it backward it sounds like an act. 2 unreleased."

And Muslims and Jews. The Abrahamic religions or any monotheistic religions refer to their god as God since they only believe in one.

And before you say "but lyke iznt Allah the mooslims' god?" Allah is "the God" in Arabic. "Al Illah" ("the deity/god") but slightly shortened.

OT: I hope this manages to raise awareness for lgbt rights in Kuwait

This won't happen anytime soon. The only country in the ME that might legalize homosexuality is Tunisia.

You put pro-LGBT posters in the ME ? What country exactly ?
