Of all the things I don't want ... this is what I don't want the most :selena:

Why? Gaga working with a younger artist would be good for her. Some people call Billie the next Gaga, so she should openly support her.

Unlike how Madonna treated Gaga when people said Gaga was the next Madonna

Cuz I don't like her or the song  Gaga is never rude to any artist so of course that's not what I mean. Just don't want the collab.

For who? The only thing that connects them is the fact that they both do music. That's it. I just can't see them making music together let alone it being bad guy remix. Their styles are so different.

Spoiler

Gaga sings. Billie doesn't. :trollga:

Maybe a whole new song in a very far future (don't really even think it's even possible) but then I think it would be much more Gaga's style than Billie's. That whispering style wouldn't suit Gaga and her powerful voice.

Gaga is a good whisperer :noparty:

And this remix will prove it :bon:

Okay so I don't like Billie at all but I WILL say this, their styles aren't that far off in certain respects. Maybe vocally they're on different waves but contrary to what we've grown accustomed to lately, Gaga is not just a yell belter, she can adjust her range/style depending on who she works with. And visually Billie reminds me a lot of like Gagas early Monster Ball interludes and overall dark goth-centric aesthetic. Imo, Billie visually is what people back in 2010 would have assumed Gaga would have evolved into (somewhat). So I don't agree with the notion that they're like wildly different. Theres other artists that are actually polar opposite of Gaga that I wouldnt see her meshing with on a track but as much as I dont personally care about Billie, shes not one of them. And for the record, Billie has a decent voice. Shes not just a whisperer. Thats a stylistic choice.

All of that being said, obviously they're not working together and its obvious Billie doesn't even care about her lol so anyone hyping themselves up on that is in for a disappointment.

Her technique is just about as trash as most indie artists, sis. She has the “damaged” sound that most people today want to hear bc of the current demographic of pop music. But most of these “damaged” sounding singers have bad breath control, bad vibrato control, and girl I dare you to find a video of them belting or even just singing forte without shouting. Bc there’s no substance or proper technique, just an aesthetic. Some of them are really good lyricist but that’s about it. Without Miss Billie’s brother as her producer she’d be nothing. His production is really good but it falls flat on her actual vocal ability

Good song. But it's beneath her. Next?

I don't disagree with you about her brother and as stated for the record, I am not at all a fan. But as far as like "belting" or technique I truly dont give af about any of that because none of that, for me personally, makes an artist. Its about vibe, passion, and intent to me. great technique is a nice bonus and all and good for their health as stated, buuut a lot of singers can have great technique and zero soul or still sound ugly. like gagas technique has improved immensely right but sometimes the focus is too much on showcasing her technique and what her voice can do without much thought about how it sounds aesthetically. in which case you get ugly performances like whenever she did dope or till it happens to you. Perfect Illusion is actually the perfect example of why power vocals alone and showing off technique dont always make a good song. where her usage of high caliber technique means nothing to me because i dont even want to hear what shes belting. you feel me? so in that regard, whether or not billie has like power in her voice doesnt mean anything. as far as ive seen of earlier videos of her to today, she has a decently nice melodic tone.

although she does have that affected avocadies thing people always joke about that i hate lol:

also whomevers reading this should make a drinking game where you take a shot everytime i wrote the word technique.

The point still stands, Gaga would never collab with someone like miss Eyelash. We’ve seen Gaga’s integrity shine in her collabs.

And you dare to say that with that username... No ma'am

Gaga collaborated with R Kelly and Terry Richardson two rapists and psychological abusers :)

Also yes anyone with ears would understand that Gaga wouldn't fit on any Billie song, her alcoholic voice would sound so out of place with Billie's smooth angelic vocals. U guys really have no notion of music complementarity, that collab would make no sense and be random as **** since they don't even share the same demographic.

2) Theories are NOT rumors.

Isn’t the point of a remix is to bring something different to a song? Like not every collab is like Ed and Justin where they both sound exactly the same and bring nothing new to the song.

Gaga is the queen of versatility. If she wanted to make a Bad Guy remix work, she could do it
