Lol this is ridiculous. Even if the final call was on June 25, thats still FIVE days ago. A merger/acquisition deal takes months to negotiate. BGM really orquestrated the full deal and only let Taylor know AFTER the transaction was made, five days ago. Scott also texted her (although he did not provide actual text proof) yesterday at 9:00PM, when she could have easily not read her text messages up until today.  

They acting like Taylor was aware of the deal when, if true, she was only aware less then a week ago, which is not enough time to rebuttal the deal on her behalf
