The question as to wether he knew right from wrong at the time of the murder is easy.. He tried to make it look like a suicide...if he didn't 'know' he would have sat down and watched TV or some such. like a cat in a sil, I observe life, moving and still. Rent alone is 3k+ Also while a crime is a crime, the father should've been more prudent with his son since he knows he suffers from mental illness.
