The Dalai Lama insisted Wednesday that “Europe is for Europeans,” warning that if too many migrants are allowed to stay, the continent could become “Muslim” or “African.”

The BBC host asked what should happen if migrants want to stay in their adopted countries, to which the Dalai Lama replied:

“A limited number is OK, but whole Europe eventually become Muslim country? Impossible. Or African country?  Also impossible.”

Asked what was wrong with the scenario of Europe becoming Muslim or African, he said: “They themselves I think better to their own land. Keep Europe for Europeans.”

Isn't he a refugee himself living in India for like decades now? When will he go back to Tibet? India is not for Tibetians! Better India stay for Indians no Mister Lama?  (*sarcasm*) 

jk obviously I know he is in exile cuz he is viewed as an illegal entity according to China and what not...but his wording is so off putting. First of all if Europe were to become a muslim continent the Europeans themselves would have to convert to Islam en mass because currently there are not enough Muslims in Europe for it to become a Muslim continent...not even in the next century...It just aint happening. Same thing goes for Africans in Europe. This whole demographical replacement conspiracy is not a thing and is based on paranoia, racism, xenophobia and fear mongering. Additionally there are several regions and like 2 or 3 countries in Europe with a majority Muslim population (at least culturally Muslim). So to speak of Islam as if it were a foreign thing to Europe is sort of false. Islam has been integrated into Europe as early as the 7th and 8th century (around when the faith was first spreading). That being said I do agree that refugees hopefully will one day return to their homeland! Not because they are some huge burden or whatever but because who doesn't want to return and help re develop their country?! It's just they cannot right now...look at the Middle East...it's a DAMN MESS. Nearly every country there is going through **** ( a lot of it due to international interference and regime change wars started by the US). I think Europe is fed up with American interventionism because guess who gets hurt the most? Obviously the people in the Middle East and Europe who ends up having to accommodate hundreds of thousands if not millions of refugees and economic migrants who squeeze their way through in the midst of war refugees. 

Any ways I'll end my random rant. Just found Miss Lama's wording to be very problematic imo. You'd think he'd be more sensible.
