For example Jay Inslee has been trending on twitter over alot of other candidates but that doesn’t mean he’s popular. Still, getting her name out there is a huge win for her team. The whole country already knows who Booker, Warren, Castro, Beto, etc. are, while Tulsi was a bit under the radar. It's a good thing more people are looking into her.
