Office space is extremely tight. While most big US cities have vacancies of around 5%, In toronto it's less than 1% and currently 9.4 Million sq feet of office space is under contruction tho that may be insufficient

 

Toronto is also 2nd fastest growing in number of shared office spaces in North America tho in this category New York City has Toronto beat as NYC also deals with lack of space and sky high prices
