I think a lot of it just comes down to genetics. Her mom and sister look a little older than they actually are too. That combined with Epione and fried hair makes her look significantly older than she actually is.

She came onto the mainstream scene at 22 but looked a lot more mature than that. I even get surprised remembering she was 22 in 2008 and on top of the world. And I guess she has done so much and changed images so often shes fit a lot more than an average 11 years into 11 years.

I get that Gaga has always looked older but someone that famous ppl should know. Like why is everyone off by a decade?

She def tried to go for a more mature look in her early-mid twenties, which is prob why so many people see her as older than she is. But honestly I've been thinking she's looking younger recently. 

 

I know how everyone likes to make fun of her fillers and talk about how much they "age" her, which they definitely did in late 2015-2016, but now they're much less "harsh" and I think it keeps her young looking. By age 33 most caucasian women tend to show at least some signs of aging in the skin, but hers is still flawless.

Thats the perfect amount of fillers (on her under eyes, jaw and chin) i hope she stops going overboard ala 2015-16, and tbh her lips were fine, now they sometimes look very wide.

But its also her styling choices, some people like to blame fred and sarah but its all her choices, she likes to look like that, so idk.
