How high will Gaga debut in Billboard Hot 100 WW chart with new songs?

As well all know Billboard is set to release a new chart that records all the digital sales + streams worldwide. Now my question is, if Gaga debuts a new song during that era, how high will she debut? There are some countries that could push Gaga a lot like Brazil but how high?

Top 5, maybe top 3 if lucky. If gagas team takes some notes from how WB promoted ASIB, definitely could get number one. Old Town Road isn’t very popular Worldwide so it shouldn’t be a threat.

I'm not sure, Shallow was extremely well received worldwide but to be honest her solo singles have been underperforming since Born This Way, much worse then in the US.

Latin songs will smash this new chart though.
