Jade from Little Mix says it's not hard to be an ally of the LGBT Community

Little Mix won the 'Change Makers' award at the British LGBT Awards.

Jade has always been a strong advocate for the LGBT community and says they have helped her through so much.

In her speech she said it doesn't take much to be an ally of the LGBT community and that if you aren't an ally just educate yourself and support the LGBT community and if you see things that aren't right do something about it. she said it's your business to help someone who he is getting 'kicked down' for who they are!

i get her point but most people are homophobic, forget being an ally

some of the comments i see about LGBT people on instagram comments are HORRENDOUS. we need to educate first but i'm proud and happy to see what she's doing <3
